A) Installation - top

The first way: - Traditional manual
Step 1: get and expand zip files, upload to your server, read more here
Step 2: Go on Plugins, find "Seat Reservation for WordPress and WooCommerce" and click Active
The second way: - WordPress built-in installer
Step 1: Go on Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → browse to "srw_seat_reservation_v3.1.zip" file and click Install Now, read more here
Step 2: When plugin installed succeed, click Active


B) Configuration - top

Go to "SRW Seat Reservation" under Settings in left menu Dashboard
If price in cart is wrong, tick in "Price in cart is wrong? Choose to fix it." checkbox to fix.
If you want compulsory customers choose seats before add product to cart, tick in "Compulsory choose seat before add product to cart?" checkbox.

Here you can create seat profiles, like Room 1, Room 2, Train 1, Train 2... according to your type of business. Then click Add button.

Config for each profile.
A form of profile will be show, you can add types of seat, and click Add button.
If there hallway in seatting map, you can create a type exactly called is "hallway".
If type is booked type, choose "Is Booked Seats?" and click Save
You can edit or delete them.

Schedule: You can create/edit/delete Schedules or choose days of week and create time slots for daily schedule.

Seat Mapping: Enter the columns label and rows label of the map, separated by commas, there should be no spaces and special characters, then click Save button.
A seat mapping will be show, you can choose type for seats and click Save Mapping button.


C) WooCommerce - top

Go to product edit page, you will see a new meta box (maybe bellow the Product data box) (if you are creating new product, you need to Publish it first), here you can choose seat profile, then click Save button.
NOTE: to display addtocart button, you have to enter price for product, the price can be 0.

Then you can set price for each seat type, then click Save button.
Bellow is seat mapping, here you can see the booked seats.
You can remove seats booked for new reservating seats.

On the product page, the customers can see seats mapping of this product.
Customers can choose seats and addtocart.

On the cart page, the booked seats will display bellow price, the price of seats also calculated here.

When customer complete order, the booked seats also display.
In the order edit page, Admin can see booked seats, the booked seats also display in backend and frontend product.


D) WordPress Post - top

If you don't want customer have to online checkout, you can use Seat Reservation on WordPress post.
Go on any post, in the "Scw Seat Reservation" section, choose Profile and click Save.

Price manage, schedules, seating map, and booked seats manage will be show here.

On the post detail page, customer can choose their seats, fill in form and submit, the booking information and booked seats will be send to admin email.
